Mixing Directions - To make a gallon of syrup: combine four ounces of flavor concentrate (shake well) with five pounds of sugar (we recommend 100% pure cane sugar), fill with distilled or reverse osmosis water (approximately 1/2 gallon of water) to the gallon mark and stir well. optional.

Shelf life of concentrate (not ready to use syrup) is two to three years. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight and heat.
